SAT Prep Math & AMC8/Mathcounts Teacher
Mr. T. has taught the SAT Mathematics for High School students at the Academy 4 Enrichment for the last 5 years. He teaches advanced Physics
and Mathematics at the Academy of Science(AOS). He completed his Masters degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and
did research at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. He also has a Masters degree in Education Technology from Walden University.
Some of the professional hats he has worn are Junior Research Fellow of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research in K-12 system.
SAT Prep English Teacher
Mr. Keshav is a graduate of TJHSST, and earned his degree at Vanderbilt University, studying History and Psychology. He loves the English language,
and as a consequence loves teaching vocabulary, writing, and public speaking. He was a prize-winning Debate Team member at TJHSST, and the captain of the
2008 National Championship-winning Quiz Bowl team. He has also participated in numerous national spelling, vocabulary, and speaking competitions,
winning the North South Foundation's 2004 National Vocabulary Bee and placing 8th in the 2004 Scripps National Spelling Bee. He has been
teaching at the Academy 4 Enrichment for the past 3 years.
AOS/TJ/AET Prep Math Teacher
Mr. Sridharma has been teaching TJ Prep Mathematics and PSAT Math at the Academy 4 Enrichment for the last 3 years. He has a PhD in Mathematics
and has been teaching high school math for over 15 years. He is also Parent of TJ, and his daugther got admitted into MIT.
AOS/TJ/AET Prep English Teacher
Dr. Fritz teaches Writing for TJ, and AOS Prep programs at Academy 4 Enrichment and he has been teaching for the last 3 years. He earned his master's degree
from George Mason University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Gettysburg College. Eric has taught 7th and 8th grade Language Arts/English
for his entire teaching career. Eric is a frequent presenter to professional education audiences on the topics of
writing instruction and incorporating the use of technology in instruction. He is an active member of the Virginia Association for
Supervision and Curriculum Development. As a tutor, Eric has garnered a reputation for getting his students to quickly grasp the strategies and
skills necessary to effectively write towards an academic prompt. Past students cite Mr. Fritz and his lessons as reasons for their high test
Math & English Enrichment for Grade 1-5
Miss. Fladager has been teaching at our Academy for the last two years, and she is a best teacher at Christian Fellowship School and is certified
Elementary School Teacher. She is excellent in teaching phonics, reading, language, roots, spelling, writing and penmanship. She is also
Competition Math Coordinator for Elementary programs. She has been teaching higher Elementary school programs for more than 10 years.
"Tim Rogalski is a USCF Expert, a USCF Correspondence Master, and a Shogi Shodan (which is a black belt). Tim has played, and beaten,
every skill level of chessplayer ranging from beginner to International Grandmaster. Tim is also a member of the Arlington Kings, the
winning team of the D.C. Chess League."
